Specialties: We are a non-profit organization and our mission is to promote and encourage business self regulation. We accomplish that mission by assisting consumers in resolving disputes and complaints against businesses and using that information along with other data to predict the future behavior and reliability of businesses. We also assist businesses with with these disputes and aid them in resolving complaints in an effort to provide a good customer service experience to help them retain customers. BCA also provides a platform for businesses to promote their products and services on our website to attract new customers. We allow customer reviews to be posted about businesses. The reports we provide based on our experience with the business and the industries they're in, coupled with customer reviews will give the public a holistic and comprehensive perspective which will help them in deciding on whether to do business with the company. Established in 1928. Business Consumer Alliance, Inc. is a non-profit organization which began business in 1928. Prior to 2013, BCA operated as the Better Business Bureau of the Southland. In March 2013, our organization resigned from the Better Business Bureau system due to constant disputes with BBB's parent organization over policy issues. The name was changed to allow for an expansion of the services we provide to consumers and businesses, and to broaden our service area from the greater Los Angeles area to North America. The broad purpose of BCA is to promote business self regulation. We achieve this objective by assisting consumers in resolving complaints with businesses and using that complaint information along with other relevant information like customer reviews to forecast business reliability.
